FAQ – Mila May

How will my Mila May art arrive?

Fine Art Prints in sizes A3 and above will arrive rolled in a recyclable kraft postage tube. Fine Art Prints in small sizes (smaller than A4) will arrive in a recyclable board back envelope.

Original Paintings will arrive wrapped in reused bubble wrap and packaged with glassine, sturdy cardboard, packing corners and strong parcel tape.

What UK shipping options do you offer?

All artworks are carefully packaged and posted using tracked and insured delivery services.

Smaller works under 50x60cm

Can be purchased directly through my website and are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Tracked & Insured.

Delivery costs £6.50 – £15 depending on selected service

Can be purchased directly through my website and are shipped via DHL Express.

Delivery charged at £30

Larger and more fragile pieces over 95cm

Will require a specialist art courier, unless collected from my Cornwall art studio.

Courier delivery within the UK starts from £125

I've placed an order, when will it be delivered?

Lead times vary depending on pieces ordered and take into consideration printing, packaging, posting and delivery.

Print Club can be up to 1 month as stated on About Print Club page.

Original paintings, fine art prints and cards are 5-7 working days for UK. For international orders, please expect up to 14 days, unless express shipping has been reuqested and paid for.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes during studio hours! Please send me a message via my website contact form to find out when I'm in the studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I'm pleased to send artwork to collectors around the world and proud to say international shipping is available to most countries.

Smaller items, up to standard Large Letter size, can be purchased with international shipping at checkout.

For larger artworks, please contact me before purchasing via my contact form to confirm shipping availability. I'd be happy to arrange a personalised shipping quote.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and, in some cases, excise duty. Mila May Art is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival.

How are international orders shipped?

All pieces posted internationally are processed via DHL International Tracked & Insured services, or via specialist courier Pack and Send for larger/fragile works.

What is your return policy?

I hope you'll enjoy living with your new artwork for many years to come.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within seven days of delivery and I'll do my very best to help.

Returns

Fine art prints, greeting cards, original paintings, drawings, mixed media works and lino prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. A handling fee of £10–£25 (depending on the size of the artwork) will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible, artwork must be returned in its original condition using the original protective packaging.

Please take care when repackaging your artwork and use a tracked postal service. Unfortunately, I can't offer a refund for artwork damaged during its return due to insufficient packaging, the shipping service used or customer handling.

Print Club

As Print Club artworks are limited edition, printed to order or one of a kind, they cannot be returned.

If you're unsure about a piece before purchasing, please send me a message. I'm always happy to answer questions, provide additional photographs and advise on artwork for your home.

Do you accept returns on Original Artwork?

I hope you love your artwork for years to come, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

I accept returns on original artworks, including paintings, drawings, mixed media works, and lino prints. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and an administration fee of £10–£25 (depending on the size of the artwork) will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your artwork must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. Unfortunately, I can't issue a refund for artworks that arrive back damaged.

PRINT CLUB

Due to the limited-edition, printed-to-order, and one-of-a-kind nature of Print Club mail, these pieces are non-returnable.

If you have any questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm always happy to help, offer advice, or answer any questions you may have. And if a Print Club piece isn't quite the right fit, I can only hope it finds a happy home with a friend who'll love it just as much.
