Colour is at the forefront of my work, and my mail club gives me a space to explore new palettes, combinations and ideas each month. Each original artwork is carefully considered to work beautifully alongside previous editions, building a collection that grows steadily over time.

The Artwork

Mini Works Mail Club is a collection of original mini artworks inspired by the warm colours of summer and early autumn, Mediterranean travels, favourite delicacies, posh food finds from boutique delis and a calm coastal life by the sea.

Think little moments and memories from long European summers and warm balmy days, celebrated through bold, playful shapes, warm contrasting colours and soft crayon markings in Mila May’s distinctive drawing style.

I’m really rather excited for Mini Works Mail Club, a new monthly Mail Club for collecting original art and receiving thoughtful post through the door.

There’s something rather lovely about art arriving in the post. A piece made by hand, wrapped with care and waiting at the door to be opened slowly.

Each month brings a new original artwork to collect, alongside notes and findings from the studio.

Something to pin up in the kitchen, frame for the wall or tuck somewhere at home amongst the things you love.

✩‧₊˚ a small monthly ritual

Good post and original art to unwrap slowly, a thought to ponder, something to scribble in your journal and, naturally, your favourite tea close by.

All while supporting artisan work, made slowly and independently.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mini Works Mail Club
Can I join at anytime?

Yes. Mini Works Mail Club is open to new members throughout the month, from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month 30th/31st. 

Please note:

• Your first payment will be taken when you sign up.

• Future payments will be taken automatically on the same date each month.

• If you join on the 15th, for example, future payments will be taken on the 15th of each month.

When do I need to sign up by?

Sign up at any time between the 1st and 31st of the month and your Mini Works mail will arrive the following month.

For example:

• Sign up between 1st–30th June and receive your June edition in July.

• Sign up between 1st–31st July and receive your July edition in August.

When will I receive Mini Works Mail Club?

Mini Works Mail Club is posted during the first week of the following month.

UK deliveries usually arrive within one week of posting. International deliveries can take up to six weeks.

So, for example, October’s Mail Club will be posted during the first week of November.

Can I purchase a previous month's mail club edition?

No! Mini Works Mail Club is designed to reward collectors who join along the way.

Each month’s original artwork is made to order exclusively for that month’s Mail Club collectors and won’t be available again.

Occasionally, I keep a small number of artist copies and archival seconds aside for winter markets and archive sales. The best way to hear about these is through my monthly newsletter.

Can I gift Mini Works Mail Club?

Absolutely. A year of thoughtful post and original artwork makes a rather lovely gift.

Simply enter the recipient's name and delivery address at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift message, you can add this in the notes section too.

or a single month of Mini Works Mail Club

To gift a single month, simply purchase the Monthly Membership and cancel after the first payment has been taken. Your lucky recipient will receive that month’s original artwork and Mail Club post as normal.

Can I purchase just one month?

Of course.

Simply sign up to Mini Works Mail Club monthly membership and cancel after the first payment has been taken. You'll still receive your Mini Works mail as normal, with no further payments taken.

You can also pause your membership at any time if you'd prefer to collect more slowly, or if you're on your travels too.

Membership & Subscriptions
When will I be charged?

The first payment is taken when you sign up. Future payments are then taken automatically on the same date each month.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account before your next payment is due.

Please note that memberships renew automatically, so cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Can I pay for 12 months upfront?

Yes. Simply select the

12-month Print Club membership

and enjoy a full year of original artwork, studio notes and beautifully packaged post delivered to your door.

How can I manage my membership / subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your customer Shopify account at any time.

Update your address, change your payment details, pause for a month, cancel your membership or switch to a 12-month subscription whenever you need.

What happens if my payment doesn't go through?

Don't worry, these things happen.

Your bank will usually try the payment again automatically. If payment hasn't been received by the end of the month, you won't be included in that month's Print Club mail and your membership may be paused.

Please keep your payment details up to date and keep an eye on any email notifications from your payment provider.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is included in your £13 a month membership. Woohoo *ੈ✩‧₊˚

When will my Mini Works Mail Club arrive?

Mini Works mail is posted during the first week of the following month.

UK deliveries usually arrive within 10 working days. International deliveries can take up to 6 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services.

Thank you for your patience while your post makes its way to you.

What if my Mini Works mail arrives damaged?

On the rare occasion your artwork doesn't arrive as it should, please don't worry.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch via my enquiry form within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my very best to help.

Every order is carefully packaged using sturdy protective materials to help prevent bent and damaged works in transit.

What if my Mini Works mail gets lost in the post?

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your Mini Works mail to arrive, particularly for international deliveries, as standard postal services can occasionally be a little slow.

If your mail hasn't arrived after this time, please don't worry. Reach out to me via email with your order number and I'll do everything I can to help.
